For each project separately, we agree with the clients on a range of services according to their wishes and needs.
 
Our main activity is FF&E services (custom furniture, chairs, tables, upholstered furniture, decorative lights and lamps, textile equipment, entrance and interior doors and all other equipment) in hotels, and we also perform them in individual houses, apartments, business premises , student dormitories and other facilities. We provide services in both new and renovated buildings.
 
In order to optimize time and money for the client throughout the demanding process of adjusting details and coordination of many contractors and works on the project, we supplement the FF&E services by performing other services as a general contractor. With carefully selected partners, we plan and implement electrical and sanitary equipment, all types of floor and wall coverings (parquet, textiles, ceramics, stone, wallpaper, glass, ..) and entrance, interior and fireproof doors.
 
With the aim of giving the client an idea of ​​the desired ambience at the beginning, we also provide services of spatial verification, conceptual design and 3D visualizations, all for new facilities and renovations. This creates a virtual final image of the ambience according to the client's wishes. Confirmed designes are always upgraded with implementation planning, where our experts, together with external partners, coordinate and define optimal solutions for each space and each product.
